Well, the problem is not in my code, it's in converted C code. C
programmers really seem to love massive constant structures. E, however,
does not.

Enforce? What is this, basic? Really, this is another thing that
is causing my problems with C2e. Not important from a strictly E
programming point of view, but hard to deal with for C conversion. I
actually kind of like that it's for the sake of readability, but it
really is getting in my way.
